01. Service Delivery
Cortec Solutions provides high-end digital engineering and design services. All deliverables are subject to the specific engagement agreements signed between the parties.
02. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all custom code and designs created for our clients are assigned to them, ensuring full ownership of their digital masterpieces.
03. Liability
We build our solutions to the highest market standards. However, Cortec Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our digital products.
